Project Brief:
The Graeco-Roman Museum in Alexandria was developed and renovated starting in 2005, as part of a major effort to modernize its facilities and enhance the display of its collections. This included restoring the building structure, updating exhibit spaces, and implementing advanced display technologies.
After years of closure for renovations, the museum was officially reopened in September 2022. The reopening marked a significant milestone, showcasing over 40,000 artifacts from the Greek, Roman, and Ptolemaic periods and highlighting Alexandria historical significance as a cultural hub during ancient times.
